Noise complaint cannot sleep its 10:00pm
Went to service desk to ask about when events would start to die down and they mentioned the event would end around 10 or 11 because me and my wife have work in the morning at 6:00.

I got a hot tub room. I was called while the tub was filling halfway up.
We got a call from the front desk saying that the room below was filling with water. So we stopped using it. We didn't even get to use it. Then the following morning, before we could leave, the room was inspected.
We were informed that the drain pipe had a crack in it. They kept $25 of my $50 deposit for a towel I used to dry my hair, which bleeds from the red dye in it. Since I did it three days prior to checking into the hotel. When I called this morning to find out what the deal was with getting my refund back, considering that we paid for a room that we weren't even allowed to use, I was informed that I was going to be charged $500 for the damages to the hot tub that we didn't even cause because there was a crack in the drain pipe and that the tub had been dyed red with my hair.
No one claimed that I had used it to dye my hair, which I did not. They said there were a couple more towels that had been destroyed and that they were absolutely going to file a complaint against me because I had filed a complaint against them and wanted my money back for the room that I couldn't even use with my boyfriend.
So I am highly pissed off. I think that Red Lion, their company, and everything they stand for is a joke.

- - Parking lot had garbage and door issues.

Not good. I am getting harassed and verbally abused on this site
There was garbage everywhere in the back where we were told to park.the key card scanner barely worked or doors stuck and hard to open.
Rooms were disgusting had spiders in it , hair in tub, snakes in hallway and our second room on second floor was not any better stains on sheets splatter on closets vents were so dirty and missing ceiling panel in closet. There were no chairs with table in one of our rooms and no ottoman to a couch chair either.
Toilet kept clogging and I had to plunge it myself ( maintenance was gone for the night so i said I would do I didnt have to switch rooms again.
Lord knows what that room would have looked like) ice maker out of order on the side of building we stayed in. Each day breakfast got worse and less options.
We stayed 6 nights and there was a fruit loop cereal at the bottom of the stairs the entire time we were there which shows they were not cleaning at all.
No elevator to second floor.
Pool area was nice but never any pool towels and it stated No outside food was allowed it had to come from the hotel restaurant which was closed the entire time. Why have a beautiful outdoor seating area if people cant enjoy it whenever they want?
The evening staff were super friendly others would not even look up when wed walk passed.
This hotel has potential rooms are very spacious it just needs new housekeepers
NO HOT WATER

The next morning about 8 am I tried to take a shower.
No hot water.
I called the front desk. They apologized and said they didn't have a timeline for when it would be fixed. So I checked out.
I called corporate and spoke to a gentleman that ensured me I would be refunded my $71.14.
I have yet to see an email about this or a refund to my account.
Frankly, I'm not surprised. Typical for outsourced "customer service".
I won't stay again nor recommend it.

No it was not, I’m filing a civil suit
I was singled out for smoking a cigar, but yet allowed cigarettes smoking. I was told that cigars and weed smoking is outside in the parking lot.
I dont smoke weed. Although the area where customers smoke there cigarettes are acceptable.
The area was saturated with cigarette butts. My last night stay was not pleasant at all

My wife was Covered in Bed Bug Bites and thy offered half a refund.

On April 4, I rented a mini suite in Auburn, California, and much to my dismay, the room was filthy. I have several photos showcasing how disheveled the room was, from the curtains being extremely stained with fingerprints and whatever else.
Upon this, the shower was not properly cleaned, with there still being hair in the tub as well as loose string from a female hygiene product, as well as a broken toilet seat.
This is quite embarrassing to have to send this, but I was not satisfied with my room after spending over $180 out of pocket. This room was not worth the money; I am extremely dissatisfied.

No secure wifi at Missoula property

There is no secure wifi at the Missoula property. Last I checked my calendar, this was 2025.
I travel alot and have not seen this 10 years or more. Desk clerk suggested I work in the lobby rather than my room, and refused to call manager.
He was polite, tho. As others have said corporate will not answer.

So after everything, I was charged twice: for 272.72 on May 1st and the same amount on the 28th. I went to them and was told that they could not find me in their system.
I showed her the transaction from my bank that showed the charges. Customer service is not good. I asked for the owner, but he was not in, and she stated, 'I don't know his schedule.' I left my name and number and explained the issue.
Let's see if I get a refund. This needs to be refunded or this would be theft.

Can‘T get a group rate for June 2026 in Mineral Wells, Texas, why?
